Bank ifsc - utib0001628 Your a/c... Is debited with inr 486.40 on[protected]:34:05 a/c bal is inr 2980.12 info: pur/itunes.com/bill/itunes.com/itunes.com/bill/seq no[protected]. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction. On mar 10 2018 i received multiple sms alerts which stated transactions that were not authorised or done by me by any means. A total amount of inr 6323.26 deducted from my account l. This is a total amount from 9 transactions. Each transaction 486.40 486.40 486.40 486.40 486.40 1459.22 972.82 486.40 972.82 _ 6323.26 I confirm that i did not authorise or did any of this transactions by any means. Therefore, i request your esteemed intervention and inform itunes.com / bill to reverse the amount and credit it to my above account Was this information helpful? | |||

I got SMS alerts like ..
Your A/c XXXX is debited with INR 483.35 on[protected]:34:29 A/c Bal is INR XXXX Info: PUR/ITUNES.COM/BILL/ITUNES.COM/ITUNES.COM/BILL/Seq No[protected]. Call [protected] (if in India) if you have not done this transaction.
So I immediately called them and asked them to block my card and lodged a complaint for this. Now bank is asking to submit documents and prove that on the given date I was not out of India..
Request AXIS bank to take action and reverse the amount
