Axis Bank — My account has been blocked

I Miss Priyanka Jaiwal has opened an account with Axis bank which was a Salary account. I have got an insta kit which i have used for 2 months and suddenly the card and account has been blocked. My salary was credited to that account. On asking the callcentre they had asked me to visit the branch and when i visited the branch they are saying that my account has not been activated. So if that is the case. i told them to give my money and close the account they said that they will do it and now nobody is responding properly. this is a pathetic service. so i am lodging this complaint.
