Hello, i am an account holder in axis bank
I ve axis asap account. I ve done my full biometric kyc within 1 year in which they demande me to show ur pan and aadhar and my finger prints. After thata in nov 2019 i am unable to add any fund in my account then i go to branch and talk to him first they dont understand why i m unable to add money they check my whole kyc detail even they also said to me that they don't know why ur account is unable to do any transaction, so i contacted to axis web support after many attempt i finally talk to any customer care client of axis bank than he told me that ur kyc is not completed ao complete it fast than after 5 (Diwali holiday) days i go to bank again 4 my kyc, than they told me that this is ur digital account qnd know it has been closed due to kyc.
My question arises
1) when i ve done my biometric kyc in axis kakadeo branch than why they tell me that ur kyc is not completed
2) i ve opened my account in december than from that 1 year is not over yet so they have to give me a time why they dont tell me.
