[Resolved]  Axis Bank — my credit card expired on feb2018 and still not rec'd new card and bank asking for money rs. 1500 from march 18 to may 18 service ch

As my credit card expired on feb2018 and i have shifted to other state and new card not recd but two days back i have seen my mail then found axis bank statements where he is asking for rs. 1500 as service charge of march18 to may18.
Why i have to pay when i not used. As a middle class man with single hand. Even mail id of axis bank the kept on site that also fraud,
Even phone service also worst which phone no given on statement[protected] is ringing but no body receiving i am continuing trying from last 3 days and email id nodal. [protected]@axisbank.com where i have sent 4 mails but still not rec'd any reply from bank person. Now i am fedup from axis bank so need shortout this immediately and close my accounts.
Please help me i am not belong from rich family.

Now I am thinking you people are only ignoring the customer complaints or you people are not interested to solve. 3 days left of my complaint but still I am struggling and nobody bother to resolve.

Axis bank is really very cheap where upper to lower staff only cutting the money from wrong ways.
