[Resolved] Axis Bank — My salary account is inactive and i am unable to transfer my funds | |||||
I am highly suffering from account inactivation from axis bank. From past 15 days, i have been calling them and not getting a single response from their side that what is wrong with my account why i am unable to transfer my money. I have tried their customer care numbers its of no use, a stupid tone everytime annoys me. I have also called their head office mumbai branch and one of the female executive without answering my queries had put my phone on hold for atleast 20 minutes with the similar stupid ringtone. I have been using axis account from past 2014. Recently, i had shifted my job and my company had opened a new salary account in rajpura "punjab" branch as per their company norms. All the documents related to my id proof have been submitted and its been more than 30 days my account is not activated yet. None of the executive from their branch had informed my company hr that it is not activated yet. Hence, the salary has been credited and now situation is i am unable to transfer my funds from my own account. I am calling them day and night but getting no response. I could not understand how they can be so irresponsible with their customers. I am really helpless at the moment as i am unable to use my own salary for my daily expenses.
