[Resolved]  Axis Bank — NACH/ECS charges

Hello Sir,

This is in reference to the charges made on my account for NACH/ECS charges by Axis Bank as per their communication about these charges it been clearly stated-*Does not include MF SIP, Insurance premium payment, Bill payments". And I only have 3 mutual Fund SIP goes into my account nothing apart from that. And I have communicated the same to them as well and despite of this update I was charged 25rs Plus 18% GST on that for no reason. I have communicated this to the nodal office as well and they denied to reverse the charges to my account. I feel it's a big scam when they own bank advised us that it is not applicable for MUTUAL FUNDA SIP. And yet been charged for the service which customers are not liable to pay. please see the attachment from the bank website.

They immediately reversed the charges but not the GST amount. Received email from [email protected]. Earlier they said they cannot be reversed but once you raise a consumer complaint they action it sooner. It's a big hassel though.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hi,

Now they have reversed the NACH charges after a month of emails and consumer complaint. However they didn't reverse the GST charges as they stated".As per process, we would like to inform you that, the charges levied in the account are reversed however the GST deduction falls under Government policy. Hence, the GST is deducted under terms and policy of Government and the same cannot be reversed. We hope your issue has been resolved. I just wanted people to know look into your account statement. These people are cunning to charge where you shouldn't be.

My account number is [protected], I have deposited rs 1500 in my axis bank account through my other occount through NEFT on date 26/09/2021.
Which credited rs 1475 only, when I asked coustomer care of axis bank they told me that credited due to ECS/NACH Charges.which is 25+GST.
I don't understand where I use ECS/NACH services, and how many tranjuction are free in a month.there is also a running home loan, it's EMI also auto debit by bank every month on 5th, if it is ECS/NACH.
please clerify
