[Resolved] Axis Bank — name spelling error in Credit Card, can't rectify after 3 months | |||
In the Credit Card, my surname wrongly spelt as "RAY" in place of "ROY". I have contact with Ms Kakoli (Department Credit card) (Barrack pore Branch) 1 and half month ago & submit application to the bank manager. But noting happen. Get no positive reply from bank side. Poor customer Support Try to avoid the problem Not pick up phone call (Ms Kakoli) (Barrack pore Branch) Advice to send mail to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com but not solved Was this information helpful? | |||
