Axis Bank — NEFT debited but not received by the other person | |||||
On 15th June I transferred 15000 to the payee through axis bank mobile application. I trusted it because I always use it for payment and it works completely fine. And this is tha 1st time I used it for transferring money to overseas bank and it's not yet received by him. My account has been credited but still the transaction is pending it's status says "your account has been debited and request has been sent to the RBI " for the last 4 days. And moreover the don't have any working complaining number to deal with such issues. I am looking forward to get some help regarding it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
