[Resolved] Axis Bank — neft payment delayed

Sir I have my account in axis Bank account no is [protected]. I mare a NEFT transaction for my us visa fees to the account TIER[protected] of rupees 23680. Amount is debited from my account and showing NEFT request has been posted to RBI. Payment is not received by beneficiary . I tried to contact the bank but they did not replied properly. Kindly solve my problem
