Axis Bank — negative balance in asap account

I opened the asap axis account, it says on website that it has a feature that one can maintain zero minimum account balance. But after opening the account, i withdrew 1 rupee less than the money that was taken while opening the account. Now after few hours it shows some negative balance. What seems to be the problem? And how can i fix it, urgent help will be appreciated!

I opened my ASAP account in 2018 and it was ZERO balance account. But I am maintaining minimum amount of Rs 500 (AMB) every month. Yesterday I transferred ₹350 from account. Now my balance is showing -500.38( minus balance). What's the reason.
