Axis Bank — negative balance in saving salary account | |||
I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account . I told bank to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero, Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. the told me they cant close this account unless the payment of rs. 5500/-. as per RBI guidelines bank should not charge any charges which was non operative, my account is in mulund west branch Was this information helpful? | |||
