Axis Bank — netsecure one touch device delivered with out give order and amount deducted from my bank account

Dear Sir/Mam,

i Ashish Raorane my account no of axis bank is [protected].I have complaint regarding instrument called axis bank netsecure one touch device which is being delivered in my home address.
This device not even order from my side & was being charge with RS.1000 ( excluding 180 GST )
After that next Day registered with a complaint form in Andheri east axis bank MIDC branch (REQUEST NO :[protected] But still not received any response.
Andheri customer care executive told me to contact your account bank which is AXIS BANK NEW MARINE LINES.
After this i called my branch tell them whole things they told they cant help on this one you contact axis bank customer care but still no response.
kindly look into the matter as soon as possible & refund amout the same in my account at the earliest.
Check attachment i have take snapshot of sms ans statement and form which i fill there.

Dear Sir/Mam,

i Ashish Raorane my account no of axis bank is [protected].would like to bring to your notice that without any information i was being delivered with an instrument called ( one touch device ) the same was also not ordered from my end & was being charge with RS.1000 ( excluding 180 GST ) i would like to return back the device & get my money back, , i have also registered with a complaint form in Andheri east midc branch ( REQUEST NO :[protected] but still no response received yet for the same.
i have also give call my account branch new marine line they told me they cant help on this one you directly contact customer care they will solve.

kindly look into the matter as soon as possible & refund amout the same in my account at the earliest.
Check attachment i have take snapshot of sms ans statement and form which i fill there.

Hi Customer Support

Now Its been more than month now i was compliant in axis bank MIDC andheri east branch also talk with customer care executive also but still no result no one knows
how to refund this amount.earlier i also explain bank that i was not ordering this NetSecure with 1-Touch device there is no use for me.kindly refund my
1180rs i will give back this device to branch.kindly look in this query is been more than month now refund my amount ASAP.

Hi Customer Support

There is more then 3 months now still this issue is not resolve, i have put complaint in bank also talk with customer care executive but no response get from any one kindly look it matter seriously and refund my money as early as possible
