[Resolved] Axis Bank — New Debit card | |||||
Recently I visited Axis bank from Periyarnagar branch, Chennai.I met Mr.Angappan Designation DM.I asked new Debit card for lost my existing card he said you have to wait for 5working days and two option card available.One is 40, 000 limit which is Rs.200 charge and other card is 50, 000 limit that is Rs.500 but he didn't explained other features of Titanium card and chip benefits.I fixed normal card worth of 40000 withdrawal limit.Becoz why we want to waste money for additional 10000 limit.Afterthat I received card on 09th only then I was generating Debit card pin number through IVR more than 10times it's said technical issues and I tried ATM also 4times it's showing check expiry and validity.I asked customer care they have taken my compliant and they said you contact branch.Today visited branch here also no response.
