Axis Bank — no action taken on debit frozen account | |||
I opened a savings account (Sbezy) from axis bank in 2016 during when i was a minor. By march 2019 after completion of 18 years my account got debit frozen. After reaching customer care they insisted me to visit my branch. I visited my branch and submitted all the required documents and minor to major conversion form twice in 6 months but still no action is taken and still my account is frozen. I couldn't use my own money. Was this information helpful? | |||
