Axis Bank — no clarity on home loan disbursement

Hi, I have applied for a home loan balance transfer from HDFC to Axis bank in the month on March 2015. I have submitted all the relevant documents which were required & i have got a sanction letter on 16th May 2015. Later on it was communicated that my disbursement will happened in 2-3 days which didn't happened & some more documents were asked from me. i have given those documents also buy that time it was june started, now i am being following up with the executive & his senior but no one is attending my calls nor anyone of them have any courtesy to send a SMS. They have charged processing fees plus 2 more cheques were given to them.. am afraid that there should not be any misuse from my documents which i have submitted.
