Axis Bank — No information regarding cheque bounce and couriering it. | |||||
I submitted a cheque of 30, 000/- of PNB account on 12th July, 2016 and when I did not receive the amount in my bank account, I went to check with the bank (Noida sector 62 Axis bank to be precise) to represent the cheque again in case some problem has had occurred but I got to know there that my cheque has been bounced and they've already couriered it to my permanent address without dropping me any mail or message or any kind of prior notice. They should have at least check with me before sending the cheque straightaway or informed me about the cheque bounce. It's a very bad service on their part and I'm highly disappointed!! My name s muthukumar nadar, This email s regarding balance deduction from my main account every time I recharge my mobile through this banking app, But this time balance s deducted from my account but I haven't received that amount on my main balance ...please do the needful
