Axis Bank — No Resolution after a long time

I have been trying to activate one of my dormant account with axis bank. But it is taking a very very long time. I have done all that was being asked. But still there is no resolution. My dormant account number is [protected]. Customer id :[protected] Phone number : [protected] I have sent more than 10 emails, placed many calls, visited the branch many times. But there is still no outcome of that. I am just waiting and waiting. I have been a loyal axis bank customer for 4 years and it seems like the bank is not interested in their customers anymore. This is intolerable and very frustrating for me. I want full compensation of my waste of time and my account to be activated soon.
