[Resolved] Axis Bank — No response to Fraud transaction | |||
There was a fraud transaction on my debit card and I had blocked the card immediately by phone call and sent email to customer care to block debit card and netbanking.I have given written complaint at branch as per email from customer care. It has been almost 2 months now and the amount is not reimbursed yet. The amount is Rs. 31370.16 and date of transaction is on 23.7.2016. Service request no. 23826836 raised on 23.7.2016 and it was told me that resolved by sending me an email with a firm to sign on 27.7.2016. I had signed this form on the same day and submitted at branch. There was no response after that. Again I wrote email on 11.8.2016 about this issue and the service request no. 24353219 has been assigned and the issue was escalated as per email from customer care. Since then no response has been received. I wrote emails but no reply yet. I called branch and the relationship manager is not receiving the call. I want my money back as soon as possible. Axis bank cannot ask me to wait till investigation is complete as informed by RM earlier. Was this information helpful? | |||
