Axis Bank — noc required of card no [protected]

Dear team,

I had a credit card of axis bank in the name of rishabh jain with the card no:- [protected].

I required noc of the same card as i have deposited my outstanding amount of rs 31544/- on 15-07-19.

Request you to provide it on urgent basis as i need the same. Deposit slip attached for your reference.

I am unable to login because i dont having card now as it was lost on 2013 but i made payment and my registered mobile no and mail is not working now i have visited branch so many times but didnt get any response. So its a humble request to provide the same on asap
