[Resolved] Axis Bank — non clearance of lien amount | |||
Last 3-4 month i was almost hunting with axis bank to clear the lien amount that was charged in my account. But everytime form bank i got reply that it will get cleared by next quarter or by next month. Even i visit my base branch at kolkata but nothing will happen. Called up the customer care they are helpless, they told me visit bank only. And main for this lien amount is that i'm not able to give request for a new cheque book which is now absolutely required for my salary account. If axis bank can not able to clear that also they are not saying clearly. Just simply they making fool by giving time to time. My account details are attached with this complaint for your references. As per The Axis bank request i have send my correspondence address registered with the axis bank.
But after two days i still did not receive any resolution form the axis bank. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
