[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Non crediting of my salary in stipulated time.

I am a Government Servant workign in Ministry o[censored]rban Development having salary account with Axis Bank Nagpur Branch and regret to inform you that the my employer The Assistant Estate Manager, Nagpur has presented a consolidated cheque amounting to Rs.4, 37, 619=00 for entire empoyees bearing No.136254 dated 26/4/2017 on dated 28//4/2017 for crediting the amount into the salary account of individual employees. The bank has deliberately failed to credit the salary of each employee on the same date without assigning any reason thereto.On contacting the next day the concerned desk officer replied that the bank having 24 hours to credit the salary and not mandatory for the bank to credit it on the same date.

In this regard it may be noted that the amount preseted for credit in to salary account is a consolidated fund of Government of India and and not borrowed from the therefore the bank must have to credit it into the salary account of Govt. servant within stipulated time. The bank have no right to deprive the salary of the employee even for a day or 2. The banking staff of this branch indulging mispractice of the act intentionally and willfully regulary in every month. The behaviour of the staff are also not satisfactory. Kindly do the needful in the matter and inform accordingly.
