I mr. Khalid i. Vasaikar having saving account with your bank since last 16 -17 years. This is to keep make you understand that my cheque book request given on 20/07/2017 was wrongly dispatch at my previous company address which i forgot to change. But when i spoke to your chembur branch dispatch department on 22/07/2017, i got to understand that the cheque book got returned. And when i requested that whether i can personally come and collect the cheque book, the residing lady in-charge said that i can go and collect the same from the bank. She didn't even bothered to say that i need approach them within a day or two, or else it would be dispatched once again to the same address.
When i visited your bank on 27/07/2017, they residing dispatch lady stated that it was already re - dispatched. Which the customer service desk passed on to me. This was personally brought to the branch incharge as well, but found negligence from his end as well. And till date the cheque book of mine is not receive neither the call from your pathetic bank incharge.
