I had opened my Axis Bank NRI account almost a month ago. I received a joining kit from Axis bank which had my debit card and the pin number. I tried operating this account online but it did not work. I tried using the card at an ATM to check my balance and i got a transaction declined message. I called up the bank and they asked me to reset the Internet password (which never existed). I tried to generate a TPIN on phone banking and then the card authentication failed. I faced the similar issue while trying to create a password online for first time Internet banking users. The customer care asked me to activate international transaction on my debit card and I activated that service. Even after that the card does not work online or at an ATM. Kindly help me regarding the same.
The customer care and email support team is unable to fix this issue. Also if I write to the face book support team, they say that they will arrange for a call back but no one calls from their end. I am completely frustrated by this treatment of the bank.
