I have made online fasttag application for car no. Dl 1 cl 8787 in the name of my wife sushma mehta through axisbank app and the charges amounting to rs.400/- were deducted from my bank of india account number.. An sms regarding the "fasttag 'account no. [protected] has been activated with vehicle no. Dl 1cl 8787" received by sms but no tag received till date. Will i receive the fast tag or i may have to look for other options. There is nobody on the given toll free numbers of the axis bank who could guide the complainants/sufferers properly.
