Axis Bank — non receipt of renewed credit card | |
I am a regular axis bank debit/credit card holder for more than 25 years. Recently my axis bank credit card expired on june 2018 and so far not received the renewed card.in between i got a message saying that card has been returned due to change in address. Since i am a retired central government employee and worked all over india and as per your record my address is f 612 vikas nagar colony chakkorathkulam, kozhikode 673 006. Accordingly i checked up with customer care and as per their suggestion i went to the nearest axis bank branch i. E payyanur, kannur dist, kerala and theyn have updated my current address i. E sopanam, karamel, p. O. Annur, kannur dist 670 307. It is therefore requested to kindly expedite my credit card. Was this information helpful? | |
