As on date my account number [protected] shows a negative balance of Rs.3, 22, 074.38 (-3, 22, 074.38) against Credit card dues. As I have settled all three cards of Axis Bank there is no overdue amount as on date. So Kindly let me know the detail of this amount so that I can verify the same .

I am not yet received No dues certificate from the bank towards settlement of 1st 2nd cards for which I have paid the full settlement amount. Still I am receiving statements of all these cards and calls for payment. In my CIBIL report it shows that File Suit/ Willful defaulter/Settled/ write off. Etc..etc. In fact I am not a wilful defaulter at all. Due to adverse circumstances I could not pay my dues on time but I was paying almost every month a certain possible amount to my card accounts.
You are kindly requested to do the needful and regularise my account .
