[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Not accepting voter id to resolve credit freeze in utib0000677 branch

I am using axis bank from last 3 years, my account is in credit freeze state so that reason, i am not able to transfer money in axis bank account from another bank account. I have visited axis bank branch electronic city, bangalore with original voter id card, photocopy of voter id card and photocopy of pan card but they are not accepting. I spoke to branch manager also they are telling voter id card is not valid. You need to carry pan card.
