[Resolved]  Axis Bank — not getting my refund

Address: Surat, Gujarat

I applied for axis bank fastag on 20/11/2019 and ₹200 debited from my account. But there is no wallet id generated so i mailed to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com they told me your payment was unsuccessful so they rejected application. Then on 3/12/2019 i talked with axis bank management team at mumbai on their telephone and they told me you will get your money within 7 working days, and today it's 17/12/2019, still i didn't get my money back.
