[Resolved]  Axis Bank — not giving proper proof of a dispute transaction and deducting money from account

Hi,

I had done a online transaction on 23rd april, 2018 from my axis bank account. The amount was rs.4, 158/- and it was to adi mohiini mohankanjilal, kolkatta. Later they canceled the order saying, they have not received the money. And they said the money will be returned with 2-3 days. But the money was not returned in the account.

As per axis bank's suggestion i raised a dispute transaction request with them (Ref no[protected]. As per their policy the investigation will take 120days and meanwhile they will give the money back on temporary basis. But after 120 days also they have not informed me anything but deducted the temporary money from my account. When i checked with them they said the transaction was valid and as a proof they gave me a dtdc courier receipt which is not at all a valid proof.
On the other hand i had given them the mail confirmation and bank statement from adi mohini mohan that the transaction was not completed at their end.

I have written as well as spoke with axis bank customer service multiple times and requested them to either give me a valid proof that the transaction was valid. But i have not received any help from them.

I have escalated the issue to their higher officials as per their customer complain escalation rule. But from them also i have not received any reply.

Request you to take urgent action in this regard as this is already 4 month old problem. If required, i have all the mail communication with axis bank and adi mohini mohan kanjilal.
