Sir i wanted to upgrade my account from youth account to major account but they are not cooperating even they are not even sure when my account will be upgraded i have stuck in a great problem because i cannot withdraw a single rupee and now i have no money with me. please help it is very urgent

I tried to connect CCE axis Bank last30 min, when i connected with him he kept me on Hold for 10 min than he said i can not help you please send m e sms, when i tried to inquire he cut the call, i am fedup with this.
