Axis Bank — Not received my Relieving Letter even after 50 days of Exit Date

Dear Team
My employee ID was 185780
I have not received my Relieving Letter even i got relieved from branch on 18th july 2021. It's been more than 50 days and I mail to HResponse also 4 days ago still i have not received any revert on that and query revert tat is given 2 working days. Its very difficult for us to cordinate with someone for getting our crucial documents on time. I have to submit it in my new organization very urgently. It is very important as it is risk for my employment if i do not submit it on time.
Please help me out to provide my relieving letter please
