[Resolved]  Axis Bank — not received the credit card noc

I had made the payment of credit card outstanding in the month of oct'18 which was just nominal and was showing in cibil as didn't informed me on time.
But still it's showing as written off in cibil and got to know that bank have to provide the noc then only it would be corrected in cibil.
Hence, i contacted to customer care and also visited to bank to get this done but haven't got the solution except various excuse.

I need someone from bank to help on this and close the case to improve the credit score.
