Axis Bank — not receiving fastag tag

Address:Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu

I pay for fast tag through online on 29.11.2019 and recharge for 200 Rs. ((Wallet ID is [protected]). Until now, I am not receive the tag. I tried many times with axis customer care number for fast tag related problems, but i here only the music from that number (More than 5 minutes). when i cross the toll the ask for tag and not considered the wallet ID. ...
