Axis Bank — Not sending the statement regularly | |||
I have been using axis bank credit card for more than 3 years but for the last 4 months i am not receiving my statement but whenever i made a request they are telling it declined. So, I don't know what are the charges they are putting. They are telling that courier is sent, somebody received but they are not ready to send the duplicate statement. Nowadays they are giving headache to customer, and not responding properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
