[Resolved]  Axis Bank — not updating me asap account kyc

Whenever i reaching to my home branch some time server is down and some time employee is out pf station when he applicable nobody knows.when i visit to nearer branch they said go to home branch that axis branch ID -1488.my home branch id is-1088 who gives lots of excuse for not updating my ASAP ACCOUNT KYC.In January 1 year will be held by opening ASAP account.
solve it as soon as possible otherwise give me mail that KYC will not updated because your account is ASAP.

Complaining about the issue of debit card. The expiry date of debit card was in September, 2018 and bank has not issued any new debit card till date. The company has been making me fool from 3 Months regarding to the issue of debit card and there has been no answer from the customer care too.

I dont know how and why my account has been debited for 1753.43 labled as "BRN-PYMT-CARD-[protected]".
That too I have only corporate saving account and NO credit card from Axis Bank.
I have not authorized bank for any transaction which I am not aware of.

This is really bad.
