[Resolved] Axis Bank — Nre account | |||
I was a holder of Prime NRE A/C. I am being offered poor quality of service at Parnaka, Vasai Branch of Axis Bank due to repeated acts of pure incompetence by bank staff. The bank personnel make clerical errors and do not know documents required for any transaction. They expect me to run around covering their mistakes. Finally I decided to close my account due to poor service. I submitted my form on 04th Nov 2016, today is 18th Nov 2016. I have still not received my balance due. Customer grievances services is useless. Cannot file a complaint. Not accepting my complaints. I would request that the Bank Gets its act together and give me my amount due.
