[Resolved] Axis Bank — Number one fraud Bank - By Selling Travel multi currency card to corporate | |||
I'm a software professional and my company gave a travel card from axis bank. While I use this they deducted money 3 times for some transaction, this was happened one month back, for this failure transaction they credited money once and didn't happen for remaining 2 times. After I asked them by sending emails they are saying that this is blocked by our bank, so you have to submit proof ( merchant id etc) to unlock the money. Even for every time when sending an email to them a new person is handling and everyone is saying difference procedure to release the money. till now they didn't release the money. No response from bank, also they are taking time to respond an email min 20 days Was this information helpful? | |||
