I had applied for a personal loan with Axis bank with all the documents
on Monday i.e 30th Mar 2015 before 3.30 PM at the Axis Bank Branch
(Jaya Nagar).
The Agent named Manoj Patil and his reporting manager Pallavi
(pallavi.[protected]@axisbank.com). It s an urgent of getting a
personal loan for my Marriage expenses which I told him, he was not
responding well, no acknowledgement, no responsibility and no assurance
he provided. I gave all my documents which he responded, since it s too
late already 3.30 PM on Monday, he cannot login. So he responded it
would be done on Wednesday at the same time.
When I called back twice he hasn t responded rather after 2 hours he
called me back and I got to explain him everything about myself and the
loan which I applied.
Response from the agent Since it s a bank holiday they won t be able
to login today and it would be done next week it seems . I told him if
that is the norms then you should have intimated before, since it s an
emergency I had applied otherwise I wouldn t have applied with Axis.
I had a worse and pathetic experience with this executive, I need you
guys to take a stringent action against him and need to collect all the
documents and give it to someone who can respect and understand the
customer need and emotions. Only an agent who could be like this can be
an asset for a Bank otherwise it s an liability.
