Axis Bank — Online fraud on my Credit Card

Yesterday on 02.09.20 i have received few mails that some transactions was done on my Credit Card of Axis Bank, when I called the customer care I came to know that around 17 transactions was done on my credit card of amount around Rs. 8500+ although they have registered my complaint and I have also blocked my card immediately. But my concern is that when i have not received any OTP or any any message then how this can happen and it is a clear security breach. I appeal for the justice and this balance should be cleared from my credit card and should also not effect my CIBL score. My complaint no in axis bank is 62416863

Updated by Ankit5145 Still i am receiving mails regarding the transaction attempts on my credit card. Kindly block my card permanently and take the necessary action soon.
