[Resolved] Axis Bank — otp is being sent to unregistered somebody's number

I am an account holder ac named st. Marys pg college, ac no: [protected] and branch at vidisha, mp. I am not receiving otp in my registered mobile number [protected] and otp is being sent to old account holders number. I had updated my registered mobile number in april and received otp till last second week of september. I had approached branch at vidisha mp with complaint but no response was given. Again i went to bank yesterday and made complaint then later i received otp in my mobile number but this morning onwards again otp is being send to old account holder. So here by i inform you that i will be forced to register legal action against the bank and you will be responsible for the further happenings.
