Even after paying credit card bill online, the same is not getting reflected in system.
when we log into our account, it still shows outstanding balance. I have already reported this issue in March 2016 but still persist. please take care and fix basic functionality of application.
I have one question, If any card user fails to pay bill in time and delayed for considerable time, will bank take payment without interest ?
I personally believe that if there is issue from bank side, bank should take care of paying next credit card bill of end user. Was this information helpful? |
