[Resolved] Axis Bank — overcharging | |||
My self ajas v. A having a credit card account and also saving account in your bank. Bearing number [protected] it is with great regret iam writing this mail. Because i have very bad experience from your my zone credit card!. When i release some amount rupees 500 from atm i used to credit card instead of debit card. Actually it was mistakly happened that transaction. But in this case the bank had showing a very different perspective. They are behaved me like enemy because i took only 500 rupee's that i need to pay double amount which one i released that means (500+500+90 gst) this is unfair, i had never expected this kind of behaiver. I wonder. When i checked my unbilled transactions that i realized i had been cheated. Actually i already contacted your customer service regarding this issue. They told me that u make a complaint against this. That amount will be reversed!:; anyhow i will close my two accounts if you do not make the appropriate decision in this regard. Moreover and i will never make more than one rupee. You may please consider as a special case. Please look at this matter very seriously.
