Axis Bank — Pathetic customer service and delayed delivery of debit card by Axis bank | |||
Respected Sir, I am having a very bad experience with incompetent and arrogant customer representatives of axis bank. Since i lost my debit card, i had applied for a new one and afetr a long wait got the card on 8th june.. however i still have not got the pin despite it being dispatched on june 4th. Below is the sequence of events 1. I applied for a new debit card on 20th may at velachery branch and submitted the application to a brilliant lady named divya. 2. Called customer care on 30th may to inquire on status. They could not find any application from my end for a debit card and create a service request 9834215 to check if the branch had actually used the application that i gave for its intended purpose. DIvya i guess must have come over from a PSU and . kept the application under a huge stack and forgotten it 3. I visit axis bank the same day (30th may) to meet the very competent lady dviya at the branch Her intial response - "the application is there . Dont know why it is processed ". Then after a few minutes it changed to "You will receive it on monday(2nd june)". 4. I call divya at the branch on 3rd june and she tells me that she has some problems with accessing the 'system' and she would call me back. I would have been surprised if she actually called me back and thankfully it idid not happen. 5. I received the card on 8th june 6. I still have not received the PIn as of today June 11th Was this information helpful? | |||
