I paid my last month EMI of Rs 5132.64/- at 12.30 am on 3.10.19 using the axis pay android app. The payment was done and the amount debited from my savings account. Now It's 23 hours but in the credit card section still showing Rs 5132.64 payment not done. There is one more day by which I need to pay that amount else I would be penalized. I called the helpline [protected], at 3 am, they told It would be reflected by 9.30 am. But It's 11.30 PM now still problem not solved. I have tried more than 50 times to call all the helplines using several phone numbers but not working.
The payment has already done but not showing and they are asking to pay it again. I had to purchase a crucial product for me using a credit card. Now for this payment issue, I am unable to do so.
No one is available to help me out. I tried to connect in local Axis bank, they told they can't help. Helpline not working, In the chat system my problem isn't there and Its robotic chat. So who will solve my problem? I want to close my account. Quite fruasted with this Bank service.
