Axis Bank — payment made but not reflecting in my credit card

I made a complete outstanding payment in the month of march for my axis bank credit card which should have brought the balance to 0/-. But that is not posted on the account. Moreover they have messaged me about a new statement being generated for the month of april. The payment was made through net banking on 16th march in the amount of 1024/- with a transaction id of hga1p05cc[protected]. This has to be fixed as my balace should be 0/* but they have generated a new outstanding balance statement which i am not liable for.
