[Resolved]  Axis Bank — payment not getting transferred to hdfc bank cc

I made the payment on 4th may towards my hdfc credit card through visa money transfer and the amount was debited from my account. However, the axis reversed the payment on 10th may back to my account without any reason.

Now due to this, i have been charged late fee and other financial charges by hdfc credit card as the due date was missed as axis bank reversed the amount back to my account. Again i made the payment on 10th may still the amount is not credited to hdfc credit card.

I have been using the hdfc cc since last 8-10 years and always make the payment through visa money transfer and never encountered such issues.

Now without my fault, i have been charged a late fee and other charges by hdfc cc.

Please confirm why the payment was not transferred to hdfc on 4th may? And who will be responsible for late fee and interest charged by hdfc bank?

On date 13 April, 433Rs debit from my savings account as consolidate do charge. Two times.
Than today date 11 may again consolidate charge debit from my savings accounts.

I have forgot my net banking customer I'd.

I tried to send SMS on 5676782 but msg sending is failed.
Kindly do the needful on priority.
