Date if Incident - 22.01.2017 Reference Number[protected] Full Incident - I have done transaction of Rs 640 at INOX LEISURE LTD Kachiguda Hyderabad Request - Inquired to refund but customer service promised different versions no proper resolution. First Call to Customer Support - 24 hrs Second Call - 7 working days Third call after 7 working days they now say 120 days to investigate and refund the amount I received email asking for the feed back with out providing the refund and emails says " temporary credit on your savings account for the disputed amount has been initiated " which never happend and false information is provided after 7 working days. Fourth call - It seems this refund is not taking place because of demonetization, this was told by the supervisor ( Nazia ) of the customer service department. Atleast no call from the banking to check and update us neither we should keep hearing to IVR for almost 20 min then we get to hear these different versions turn around days to solve and refund the amount Request to update AXIS BANK higher management about their banking process and ensure my refund is initiated Regards, Deepthi Was this information helpful? | |||||
