I have tried contacting and applying through your bank for a personal through your website numerous times but because o[censored]r pathetic service I have reached no where. I always get a call stating some representative will come to collect the documents but no one does.in fact ur bank representatives don't even have the courtesy to call back. You guys are zero in customer satisfaction
