Axis Bank — personal loan emi repayment | |||
Axis bank is the worst bank i ve ever experienced. Worst behaviors from the collection i ve take n. V a pl of 2lacs in 2016 for 20% interest which is very high and now for the past 6 months due to my health issues and financial situation i was not able ti pay my emi regularly. My file moved to several agents all were very worst they were verbally harassing me and now recently one guy from collection dept chennai kodambakkam was very polite and when the time of payment he also started behaving worst. I ve already written a e mail to customer care, nodal offucers and also to ombudsman it us very disappointing that i dis not get any response im still under so much of pressure upon dat these guys are torturing me if i din pick tge call they are calling my mom who is 50 yr old and scolding her ffg or no reason..
