[Resolved] Axis Bank — Personal Loan / Non Adjustment of outstanding | |
I paid all my pending EMI's, , bounce charges and balance outstanding amount on 18, January 2017. After two days when I check load details in online banking is showed my outstanding in negative amount. So I sent a mail to [protected]@axisbank.com to adjust the amount against my outstanding amount to nullify the outstanding amount. I didn't get any response for several days, but I am keep on sending mails to [protected]@axisbank.com and customer.[protected]@axisbank.com. After 10 days I receive a mail "Your request for loan closure is under process and same shall be processed by 6th Feb, 2017." In February again ECS is requested on my savings account. I sent a mail again on 6th, no response till now. I paid all my dues 20days back why ECS is requested? If I have outstanding amount why it can't be adjusted against my loan. Online support of AXIS bank is worst than nothing. Please anyone provide me Grievance structure. Was this information helpful? | |
